Heimdiva's public website provides information about care preparation and clinical availability. These marketing pages do not contain health intake forms, request health records, or display patient information.
Account information
The Create an account and Sign in links open the portal. Registration requests an email address and password. In the portal, you can provide health information through intake and lab workflows. Information you enter there is separate from browsing these public pages.
The portal can collect health information; these public marketing pages do not. Account creation or intake preparation alone does not establish care. This page is not a clinical Notice of Privacy Practices.
AI and health information
The Heimdiva clinical assistant is unavailable. The platform's AI disclosure explains the boundaries on AI use. Access to intake preparation does not mean that an appointment or treatment is available.

Abintra Medical LLC is the administrative identity for the shared platform. This website notice is limited to Heimdiva's public pages; it does not substitute for account notices or any notices that would govern future clinical care.
